DELIVERY

All purchases (excluding calendars and coasters) have free delivery Australia wide. For a quote regarding an international order, please email me with the details.
Once payment is received it will take up to 15 business days for your purchase to be dispatched (This can be up to 20 days for the 6 weeks prior to Christmas) plus delivery time which is usually a additional 1-5 business days. At the moment due to COVID 14 the delivery times may be longer then usual.
The day your purchase is dispatched (excluding calendars) you will receive a notification with a tracking number, this will allow you to track your delivery if you so wish.
Lost or damaged items are covered by the couriers insurance up until the point where you have either given authority for the courier to leave the goods without a signature (which I do not recommend) or when the goods have been received and signed for.
We strongly urge all customers to unwrap and check your valuable goods for damage before signing for them as once they have been signed for we cannot be held liable.
If you happen to reveal damaged goods, you will have to sign a damaged goods form supplied by the courier. Then take some photos of the damage (with your phone camera will do) and email the photos to myself immediately along with your phone number so I can help rectify the problem ASAP: Craig – 0488 265 626 hello@craigbachmannphotography.com
