We have a valid COUPON or GIFT VOUCHER discount code. How do we apply this?
This is simple and like most shopping carts. Once you purchase an item and ready to checkout you will be displayed a list of the items you want to purchase. Under this list are 2 boxes – Box 1) Enter Coupon code, Box 2), Apply coupon. Now enter your coupon code in the “ENTER COUPON CODE" box and then click the "APPLY COUPON CODE" – this will apply your discount amount off your cart total if it is a valid code.
Remember coupon codes can have start and expiry dates and limits, so please read conditions.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, they are sold at any price you like (Minimum of $50) and can be posted out to you. They are a great idea for a birthday or Christmas gift which lets the recipient choose exactly what they want. They come with a promo code so they can be used online via the website.
What products do you offer?
Rolled prints, framed prints, fine art canvas prints, HD luxe metal prints, and also calendars towards the end of each calendar year. I can also sell you a once off use of my images for your website, window wrap, posters, signs or even a billboard.
What custom services do you offer?
I can custom photograph your property/farm and also do automotive shoots. Images are provided to you on a USB stick. Email me the details for a price.
I would love a personalised custom Milky Way image of my vehicle or something on my property. Do you do this?
Yes, I sure do. However, there are only certain times of the year this can be done for the best results. Send me an email with some information to get the ball rolling.
Do you take people related or event photography?
I do not offer any of those photography services.
From when I order a product, how long before it will arrive at my door?
It takes 7-12 business days after I receive payment, but the 6 weeks prior to Christmas could be up to 14 business days. However calendars, coasters and gift cards will only take 2-6 business days all year round. For the large products a notification will be sent to you 1-2 days before delivery.
I have a certain date in mind that I desperately need my product by. How can I be sure I will get it in time?
Before you order please send me an email with the products details and importantly the date you need it by and I will check with my printer and get back to you promptly.
How are your products delivered?
All mediums of my images are delivered via courier with the exception of rolled prints that can fit in a canister 105cm or shorter, and my calendars as these are usually delivered via Australia Post.
I would like to specify whether I want my image printed on Hahnemühle photo rag or metallic pearl printing paper, can I do this?
Yes, if you would like to make that choice instead of myself that is more than ok. Just add this to the ‘NOTES’ section when ordering.
Are there more framing options other than the Dune and Classic range available?
There are many other frames available. Please email me and let me help you.
You use ultra vue non-reflective glass as standard, can we order normal glass to save money?
Yes you can. Just email me for a quote.
I just had a Automotive shoot done, how long before I receive the images?
I will have the images edited and delivered to you in a maximum of 10 business days after the day of the shoot.
Do the images purchased from you have your watermark visible on them?
Yes they do as I take great pride in my work. However the watermarks are small and a bit on the faint side and usually situated on the top or bottom right hand side of the image.
